Ensuring staff can access the work area normally during the service period;

If the service cannot be provided normally due to client reasons, it may affect the appointment schedule.
5. Service Effectiveness Description
Due to natural differences in plant growth, weather conditions, seasonal changes, and garden environment, the service effect may vary depending on the actual situation.
We will complete the agreed service content according to professional standards, but we cannot guarantee the subsequent growth status of the plants or the results of natural changes.
6. Payment Terms
Clients must complete payment according to the price and payment method confirmed by both parties.
Service fees are determined based on the actual service content, scope of work, and maintenance needs.
7. Cancellation or Change of Appointment
If clients need to cancel or change their appointment, please contact us in advance.
Temporary cancellation or inability to provide service conditions may affect subsequent appointment arrangements.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any consequences arising from natural factors, weather changes, the plant’s own growth condition, or the client’s failure to provide accurate information.
